I had a mixed experience with Tugboat Crew Entertainment LLC. While their website tugboatcrew.com was easy to use and had a decent selection of entertainers, the customer service was lacking. It took them quite a while to respond to my inquiries. However, when the crew finally arrived at my event, they did a great job and exceeded my expectations. I would recommend them with some reservations.
