This company is doing an okay job. The software they developed for us is functional, but nothing extraordinary. It gets the job done, but there's room for improvement. I appreciate their efforts and willingness to meet our requirements, but there have been a few glitches that were frustrating. Hopefully, they'll address these issues in future updates.
