My experience with Blackthorne Pools Spas was disappointing. The staff was unhelpful and seemed disinterested in assisting me. The installation process was a nightmare, with constant delays and poor workmanship. The spa had several functional issues that required extensive repairs. It was an overall frustrating experience, and I would not recommend Blackthorne Pools Spas to anyone.
