Worst experience I've ever had with a dealership. I was trying to purchase a used vehicle remotely. I contacted the dealership to make sure it was still available, and it was. I asked if I could have the car inspected by a third-party and they agreed, and even brought it to the shop for me which I thought was good service. The inspector took pictures and got back to me, and I decided to move forward with purchasing the vehicle. We negotiated a price and I paid a $1,000 deposit on my credit card to "hold" the car until my check arrived at the dealership (which was being overnighted). I sent them my approval letter and they were in contact with my bank. Signed all the paperwork, car was purchased. The next day the owner of the dealership calls and tells me the vehicle had been sold to someone else. After I had already paid my deposit, gotten insurance, had my bank sending the check, and signed the paperwork. I asked what happened and all he could say was he didn't know, and that his son was the one who worked out the deal with me. I thought this was just ridiculous and seemed like something fishy was going on. I got the refund for my deposit and ran the other way. Seemed like good people at first, but clearly don't have their ducks in a row. Other reviews look hit or miss, but I wouldn't recommend chancing it with this dealership when purchasing a vehicle is such a big expense. There are other options out there who take care of their customers and know what they're doing.
