I recently had an appointment at Elan hair and spa and I must say it was an average experience. The staff was friendly and the environment was clean. However, the service I received was just average. The hairstylist didn't quite understand what I wanted and the end result was just okay. I expected more from a high-end salon like Elan. Overall, it was an average experience.
