I have bought two vehicles from Toyota of Knoxville - first one was used and second was new. Both experiences were great - didn't have to wait long and brought my vehicle home within about 2 hours of picking it out. Service department is friendly and always helpful, plus they have a snack & coffee area while you wait. Not sure why so many negative reviews, because I don't have any negative thing to say about this place. My sales guy, Ryan, was super friendly and even took calls after my purchase when I couldn't figure out how something worked. I highly recommend Toyota of Knoxville if you are looking for a pleasant buying experience.
