We brought our then 14 year old daughter there to try it out. She had a knee injury that was healing, and so she could not keep up with the other students in the particular class. She informed the instructor that her knee movement was limited, and she could not fully complete the stretches she was asked to do. They pressured her to try, even though she was experiencing a lot of pain. We had already told them that she had a recent surgery on the knee, and that her mobility was limited. Apparently, they didn t recognize that type of explanation or adhere to and both hers and our requests. The instructor became visibly annoyed by my daughters inability to perform all of the stretches, and basically told her that she was not good enough to train with his group. She had already gone through this type of training before, and was pretty good at it. The only problem was her inability due to her injury. When I picked her up after the first class, she was crying and informed me of what the instructor had told her. I was rather pissed off, as any father would be, and decided to wait until the following week. My daughter told me that she did not want to go back, and so I requested that they stop, billing us. This kind of request is also something they don t recognize, because they have continued to bill my checking account $109 per month for more than a year. After pleading with my bank a couple of times now, they have a greed to file a claim against Pacific kickboxing. Hopefully I get my money back soon.
