If I could give 0 stars I would. Horrible claims representatives. No need to be rude to callers just because of your bad day, month, year... Sadly this is a Company based funded insurance plan for most people. They make money no matter how poorly they treat people. Must be nice. The rest of us just aren't that fortunate.
