I recently booked a vacation through Balboa Vacations and I must say it was an average experience. The website was easy to navigate and the booking process was smooth. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. It took a long time to get a response to my inquiries and when I did, the representative was not very helpful. Overall, I would rate my experience with Balboa Vacations as average. I would consider using them again in the future if they improve their customer service.
