I am a CUSTOMER and I have had a mixed experience with the Town of East Haddam CT. Some aspects of their services are average, while others are great. Overall, I would rate the town as average. The website, easthaddam.org, is informative and easy to navigate, which is a plus. However, I have found that the town's response time to certain issues could be improved. They can be slow in addressing community concerns and implementing changes. It would be great if they could prioritize timely communication and action. Despite these shortcomings, the Town of East Haddam CT provides essential services to its residents and fosters a sense of community.
