We booked this hotel online from the website and got a great rate plus free WiFi. Check in was easy and we were about 2 hours early but no problem. We were on the 33rd floor with a fantastic view of the city and water. The room was clean and the bed very comfortable. Everything worked as it should. It is in a great location(close to the arena) and would not hesitate to stay here again.
