This place is a new cool location. HOWEVER-HORRIBLE customer service. Have been trying to book an event here for several weeks. Each time I have called, I am assured by the hostess (same person answers each time) that my call will be returned and the reason no one has gotten back to me is that they're so awesome. Well, newsflash-you're not so awesome if you don't provide proper customer service and wonn't stay in business if you don't return people's. I have never dealt with such poor organization, especially from a place that's new in the game. You would think you'd want to go out of your way to create warm feelings, and reasons for people to return. I really wanted to support them, but am turning our business elsewhere.
