I recently completed the certification process with the California Council for Interior Design Certification. Overall, my experience was positive. The website was easy to navigate, and the application process was straightforward. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. They took a long time to respond to my inquiries, and their answers were not always helpful. Despite this, I am satisfied with the outcome of the certification process.
