Did not reply to emails, even after several attempts. I read in many reviews that customers can stop by the store, yet they state customers cannot pick up implements after ordering. This makes zero sense, especially when they refuse to answer why our delivery truck cannot just pick up the item there instead of being charged a rather high price. Seemed like they were going to be decent to work with until you actually have a question.
