I had placed an order and their website stated it was shipped, and supplied a tracking number. This was the response: "We sincerely apologize for the inconvenience. Since the tracking has not yet updated and you have not received your order, we can only assume that the order has been lost in transit. We will reship the order for you in a couple days once the resupply arrives. The tracking number will remain the same as we are just reprinting the postage. Please let us know if you have any further questions or concerns. Have a great day!

I don't believe it is legal to just reprint a postage label that was already used, at least according to them.
