I was really very worried after ordering my kitchen.
Up until that point everything was great. The planner is brilliant and the showroom is amazing. I received a quote which was miles cheaper than any other kitchen company in the area and the quality seemed much better too.
After getting all excited and paying a large amount of money up front, I looked at the growing number of complaints and bad reviews on here which made me nervous.
The customer service levels after you have coughed up all your money is poor. They take days to come back to you on a "support ticket". I appreciate that you are running your company on reduced levels of staff but 2-3 days to simple question is simply poor.
I am local to the area and I collected my kitchen today. I was made to wait in the car park whilst my order was delivered to the back door even though I was slightly late arriving and I had booked a time slot.
The staff in the warehouse couldn't care less and are certainly minimum wage warehouse workers who don't mind damaging your kitchen you have just forked out for.
I was told that 2 items had not arrived and was not given any information on when these would turn up or how they would get them to me. This is going to add extra expense through my kitchen fitter who will probably add another days labour on the end to finish the kitchen. I have raised a support ticket *rolls eyes*.
When unpacking my kitchen to look for damage I found out that they give you a pot of touch up paint for the doors - this made me nervous again and surely enough some of the paint on the doors has been chipped or missed.
The plan that I submitted for a quote SEVERAL times to ensure that it was correct clearly contained SINGLE GLAZED TALL WALL UNITS. I have been given units which are not glazed and I would like this rectifying at no cost to me. I have raised a support ticket *rolls eyes*.
Honestly, its just upsetting when you plan something for months, submit it a number of times and then it turns up wrong.
The minor mistakes add up and multiply a hugely stressful house renovation which has left me without a kitchen (doing my washing up a in bucket and pouring the water down a waste pipe in the floor).
I would like my issues sorting as soon as possible and hopefully my review and opinion will change once my kitchen is fitted.
