I recently used D-Tec CORP for a project and I must say the experience was average. The company website was easy to navigate and I was able to find the information I needed. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. The representatives I spoke with were not very knowledgeable and seemed uninterested in helping me. Overall, I would rate my experience with D-Tec CORP as average.
