I recently hired a home restoration service and decided to give "Servpro of Azusa/Covina" a try. I must say, their service was nothing out of the ordinary. They did an average job in restoring my home after water damage. The team was professional and arrived on time, but the quality of their work left much to be desired. Although they did complete the job within the expected timeframe, the final result was just mediocre. I found some areas where the restoration was not as thorough as I had hoped. Their website provided some basic information, but it could have been more detailed. Overall, I would rate them as an average company. Nothing exceptional, but they got the job done.
