I recently hired Decocrete, Inc. to work on a project at my home and overall, I would rate their services as average. 🤔 While their website was easy to navigate and provided detailed information about their services, I found their customer service to be lacking. 😕 The response time to my inquiries was quite slow, and it took longer than expected to schedule a consultation. 😑 However, once the project began, the crew displayed good craftsmanship and attention to detail. 👍 They were efficient and tidied up the site afterward. 😊 However, I did experience a small hiccup with the final result not meeting my exact expectations. 😔 Nonetheless, the team was cooperative and made revisions promptly.
