The care is very poor, food is terrible, the caregivers abuse the residents and steal monies out of their wallets. The Director or Administrator (what ever she calls herself) is the most unfriendliest person I have ever met. She is so mean to the residents it is unbelievable. All this place cares about is the big, fat check they are going to get at the end of the month.
