I recently had an average experience with this solar company. The website was easy to navigate and I found the information I needed. However, I encountered some challenges when trying to reach their customer service for inquiries. Although the installation process was smooth, the communication could have been better. The quality of the solar panels seemed good, but I wish there was more transparency about the pricing and financing options. Overall, the service was satisfactory, but there is room for improvement in terms of customer support and transparent pricing.
