I recently purchased a product from this company and although the website was easy to navigate and had a decent selection, I found the customer service to be just average. The product arrived in a timely manner, but I had a few questions that weren't adequately addressed. It would have been helpful if there was more detailed information available. Overall, my experience was okay, but there is room for improvement in the customer service department. 😐
