I recently used this company for finding a new place to live. I had an average experience with the agents. The website was easy to navigate, and I appreciated the variety of listings available. However, I found the communication with the agents to be somewhat lacking. I had to follow up multiple times for updates and information. While I eventually found a suitable place, I think the process could have been smoother. I also felt that the customer service could have been more attentive. Overall, the experience was average, and I might consider using them again in the future, but I hope for better communication and service next time.
