My account got hacked with 2FA on, and it was my fault since I downloaded an HAR file. But let me tell you. I have submitted over 10 customer service requests for my birthdate to be changed and my Robux to be recovered, and all of them said, "try using this email" and when I did, 3 of the 10 times, it did not even work. I am considering quitting Roblox because of this, and the "you must use this email" rule is kind of dumb. I have this email on my account and yet it is telling me to use a different email. What a waste of time and money.
