My study abroad program began Feb.4th a month late...

My study abroad program began Feb.4th a month later, I'm STILL waiting on my visa. They seemingly have no sympathy or patience whatsoever.

I was apparently missing a notary stamp on a financial guarantee form, so instead of just telling me to submit another with the stamp....they denied me a visa, so I had to restart the whole process, pay MORE money. They waited weeks to let me know I was missing that document, that whole time I was waiting thinking my visa was getting processed....nope they were taking their sweet time in letting me know that I was missing that crucial part.

Then they had the nerve to tell me it would take another 15 days.

Double checked my last visa application .and at the appointment they said everything checked out...only to get an email from the consulate that they want me to provide three MORE most recent bank statements, but to not send what I already have..what sense does that make? How could I send three more most recent but have them not be the ones you already have?
