The service provided by Hotel Kompas was average. The staff was friendly and the rooms were clean, but I expected more for the price. The location of the hotel was convenient as it was close to the main attractions. However, the amenities were lacking and the breakfast options were limited. Overall, I had an okay experience at this hotel.
