So I buy a bag of frozen ravioli by this company Seviroli Foods and after a short time in my freezer I notice the bag is getting fatter. I contact the company and they had me jump through hoops over a lousy bag of ravioli by having me takes photos of the product from several sides and send it to them. They decide the product looks like it is unsafe to eat. They "promise" to send a coupon for another bag which at the time I thought was cheap and inconsiderate of them after the trouble I had to go through. Get this, Bright Morales doesn't even send one coupon. I think several coupons should have been sent especially if they have other products where they might pick up a new and satisfied customer. Instead here I am writing this ONE MONTH after their lousy, cheapskate coupon was never even sent. What a cheap company.
