One word. PATHETIC!

One word. PATHETIC!
They refuse to attend no power in apartments when service fuse is blown. A new policy.
As an electrician I waste my time arguing with them to attend when it's their problem. They always use the excuse with owners/tenants, 'you need an electrician to attend first'.
Their customer service is a joke. This is why they have bad reviews.
They have lied to me on numerous occassions.
The field guys are great btw.
