I Went to Waterloo for work. I work from my laptop. The hotel wifi was so horrible. It would loose connection and not let me back on. I had to leave the hotel after the first night.
I was suppose to stay for 5 nights !

Shower leaks , no desk in room to work from.
Noisy air/ heat unit. Front desk staff was rude and dismissed my concerns.

I have been to 40+ hotels in just the last few years alone and this hotel sits at the worst in terms of customer service and overall experience. I would not recommend nor stay again
