Definitely get one of the Yoeman tours. And then there is the Tower, the Crown Jewels (get there early and do this first), the mint, the cafes, the armoury, ok'd palace accommodation plus much more.

This is very much worth the money. An essential activity for London that has a great mixture of history, interest, sparkle, and space to relax.
