Stephanie at the office assisted me in sending over my pet's records to his new out-of-state clinic. This was my second attempt to have this done after Marcella at the office fought me back and forth on facing over emailing the records. I found out the day before his visit that Marcella didn't execute this simple task. I'd like to thank Bishop Ranch for rectifying this situation and hope they continue to train and hold their team accountable in ensuring top customer service is presented.
