I had a mixed experience with Pentacle contracting services ltd. On one hand, the quality of their work was exceptional and the end result exceeded my expectations. However, I found their customer service to be lacking. It was difficult to get a timely response from them and they were not very accommodating when it came to making changes or addressing any concerns I had. Overall, I would rate them as average.
