The only thing Beatrix can be accused of is doing her best to sell your property if she is your listing agent , and helping you purchase a property if she is your real estate agent when you are ready to purchase a home. She will give you her honest opinion about the market as it is currently , do her best to get you top dollar for your listing and negotiate to get you the best price. She is very professional and courteous . I have had a great experience with her as a realtor and she even offered to negotiate a rental for me before I was ready to purchase. I have recommended her to multiple friends and all have had great experiences.
