We were very happy with this company. They have a gem in Cortlin Martin, the customer care guy. He was so helpful and always is responded immediately to any questions we had. We didn't think we were going to be able to buy right away but we wanted to keep an eye on the market in case something came up that we couldn't pass up. Our realtor, Lindsay, never pressured us and we felt very comfortable working with her. As it happened, we were able to buy sooner than we had expected and Lindsay was great at giving us advice when we asked for it about the market and what we should do to get the house. We did end up buying a house through this company and we're very happy with our purchase!
