I recently interacted with a web development company and had a mixed experience. The website was great and easy to use, but I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was quite slow and the staff seemed uninterested. The quality of their work was good, but not excellent. Overall, I would rate my experience as above average.
