I have been working at CSX TECHNOLOGY for over a year now, and I must say the experience has been average. The company has its ups and downs, but overall, it's a decent place to work. The work-life balance is good, and the compensation is fair. However, there are certain areas that could be improved. The management could be more transparent and proactive in addressing employee concerns. Additionally, the company culture could be more inclusive and diverse. Overall, I would rate CSX TECHNOLOGY as average.
