I have been a customer of Kestrel Telecom Limited for several years now and I must say that their service has been consistently average. The rates are competitive but the customer support leaves much to be desired. I have encountered numerous technical issues and it always takes a long time to get a resolution. Overall, an average experience with room for improvement.
