Over the last six years I have interacted with the Mindcor team on two ends of the customer spectrum - as a client looking for executive level employees and as an executive employee looking for a placement. Firstly one would wonder, why customer experience is important in the latter - well the team at Mindcor made, what could very easily be a scary and unpleasant process of interviews and assessments, a breeze. They made sure that as an incumbent I was kept up to speed at every step of the way. As an employer it goes without saying that the team conducted themselves with the required urgency and we had successful placements in all instances.
