I've been a customer of Pbr and company for a while now and I must say, their service is average. The quality of their products is decent, and the prices are reasonable. However, I feel that their customer support could be better. They take a bit too long to respond to queries and sometimes the answers are not satisfactory. Overall, I would rate them as average.
