Very good accommodation, with very affordable prices and very close to the parks in Florida. Full kitchen and laundry, air conditioning, a bedroom with a king size bed and a large sofa bed in the living room accommodated four people very well in my stay.
Access is easy via Highway 192. There are several shops and markets nearby, but a vehicle is necessary for this, as nothing is very close in the region. The exception are some restaurants, a greengrocer and a pharmacy that are right in front.
The lake, like most Florida lakes and rivers, offers its risks (a sign warns of the possibility of snakes and crocodiles). Nothing unusual there.
The neighborhood is calm and does not disturb. Great for those exhausted from parks and shopping malls.
