I have been a customer of Machi.na for a while now...

I have been a customer of Machi.na for a while now, and I have to say that their service is average at best. While the website is easy to use, the overall experience is lacking. The customer support is slow to respond and the product quality is mediocre. I believe there is potential for Machi.na to improve and become a great company, but as of now, it falls short of my expectations.
