I had an overall average experience with Sunbi design studio. The website (thesunbi.com) looked great and was easy to navigate. However, I found the customer service to be lacking. The response time to my inquiries was slow and sometimes I had to follow up multiple times to get a response. Additionally, I was not completely satisfied with the quality of the final product. It was functional but lacked the attention to detail that I was expecting. Overall, I would rate Sunbi design studio as average.
