This recruitment agency reached out to me regarding job placement services and asked my fill out an application. After doing so, they sent me an email that did not feel professional asking me to pay for their services. As a senior HR professional and recrutier myself, I must advise that you should never pay for an agencies services to find you a job. It is a known scam that leads to little success even if they offer other services as well. These services should come as part of a package that ultimately leads to them receiving payment from the companies that have agreed to use their services. A good company will pay the agency fee.
