The staff really do make this hotel feel quite special. Rooms are very clean however my sleep was really disturbed as the hotel is located next to a building site where the diggers were very very loud!! They started making lots of noise before 6am every day which sadly spoilt my stay. Not the hotels fault but this was such a shame for such a great hotel.
