I see many good reviews and bad reviews. This is my personal note. I started my career in this company. Mr. Sivakumar gave an opportunity for me on a time where a single opportunity to work was close to impossible. From there I was able grab the ladder and move on. Though there were many tough phases I faced as a challenge to work here, especially with him, looking back today it has given me a very good experience on interacting with different set of people and gaining huge experience. Should be a good place to get groomed for people like me in their initial phase of the career. I wish the organization to grow well and will be genuinely happy if this company achieves.
