I had an average experience with Final Touches Carpet And Vinyl. The customer service was mediocre and the staff wasn't very helpful. The installation process was slow and there were some issues with the quality of the carpet. It's not the worst, but I expected better considering the price. I would recommend exploring other options before choosing Final Touches.
