I recently used ITC Travel N Tours and I must say it was an average experience. The customer service was satisfactory, but nothing exceptional. The tour guide was knowledgeable, but lacked enthusiasm. The itinerary provided was well-organized and we were able to visit all the major attractions. However, I felt that there was a lack of personalization and the tour felt a bit rushed. Overall, it was an okay experience.
