I had a mixed experience with Inland Revenue. While their customer service was prompt and helpful, I found their website difficult to navigate. The information I needed was buried deep within the site and it took me a while to find it. However, once I found the information, the process of filing my taxes was relatively straightforward. Overall, I would rate my experience with Inland Revenue as average.
