My experience with Kingdom Lighting USA was average. The website was easy to navigate and had a good selection of lighting products. The prices were reasonable and the ordering process was smooth. However, I was not impressed with the customer service. I had a few questions about a specific product and it took a while to get a response. Overall, it was an okay experience.
