I've been using Arcade zorgcoop for a while now and overall, it has been an average experience. While the staff is friendly and the services provided are satisfactory, there are areas where they can improve. For instance, the waiting times could be reduced and the administrative processes made more efficient. It's not a bad option, but there are better alternatives out there.
